It is transferable to new property owners as well. Covers of any type that are moved from the site of the original installation are specifically not covered! We cover free replacement of any part that fails under normal usage, provided it was built according to specifications, all parts were properly installed, and the winds, or snow loads did not exceed the kit's posted rating. If in the sole opinion of EQ-Wine Covers Company, should the structure be determined to be built not to specifications, no warranty claim could be fulfilled. Any labor charges to install new parts are not covered by this warranty. Damage caused by vehicles, seismic activity, falling trees, or branches, movement from one location to another, or damage caused by fire is specifically excluded from this warranty. Damage caused by prolonged storage of stacked materials is specifically excluded from this warranty. All claims for stained or discolored materials must be made within 10 days of original delivery. EQ-Wine Covers Co. will replace the damaged part(s) at no cost, installation is not included.
